HRlab is a cloud-based HR platform for small and medium-sized companies that want centralized employee data and configurable HR processes. Its core package includes digital personnel files, employee self-service, document templates, reporting, process and task management, and export and import capabilities. Employee workflows cover onboarding, offboarding, approvals, documents, vacation, sick leave, and working-time accounts. The vendor positions HRlab for organizations with approximately 20 to 2,000 employees, with access through web, iOS, Android, and API deployment.
Pricing is modular. The Core plan costs €6 per user per month with monthly or annual billing. Recruitment, Talent Management, and Time & Absence are each available for €2 per user per month, with monthly and annual billing options. These add applicant management, career pages and multiposting; feedback management, goals and employee development; or time tracking and absence management, respectively. A 28-day trial is available without a credit card and does not automatically convert. This structure suits companies that want to begin with core HR and add specific capabilities, but organizations needing several modules should account for the combined per-user cost.
HRlab fits teams that need a broad HR foundation alongside European payroll and workplace integrations. DATEV, Addison Lohn, Onlyfy, JobAd Partner, BITE, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and an Open REST API are listed integrations. Support is available by email and phone, while GDPR and two-factor authentication are listed compliance and security features. Choose HRlab for modular employee administration, self-service, recruitment, talent, and absence workflows across web and mobile. Companies seeking a free plan or software aimed primarily at large enterprises should consider a different category fit.
