Our verdict on Howspace
Howspace is a cloud-based collaborative learning and enablement platform for L&D and HR teams running leadership programs across cohorts, regions, and languages. It lets teams create branded workspaces and structure multi-phase journeys around pre-work, live sessions, peer coaching, reflection, and development plans. Participants can discuss and practice together, while program teams track participation, skill development, and application at work. Its blended format suits organizations that want leadership development to involve dialogue and ongoing activity, rather than only standalone courses.
The journey design is the central strength. Teams can facilitate discussions, breakout groups, and real-time feedback, then use guided self-assessments and development plans to connect reflection with next steps. AI analysis can surface themes, sentiment, and emerging needs; multilingual participation and workspace translations support programs spanning languages. The published plans distinguish this breadth: Standard includes self-paced journeys, scheduled delivery, progress and completion tracking, and Impact Tracker, but not built-in AI or pre-built modules.
