Honestkey GOV is web-based software for housing authorities and affordable-housing teams managing HUD compliance and property operations. Its coverage centers on annual and interim income recertifications, HOTMA asset and income calculations, NSPIRE inspection templates and reporting, SEMAP indicator tracking, rent-reasonableness determinations, EIV reconciliation, and income-limit tracking. Teams can also assign caseloads, monitor deadlines, manage compliance risks, and collect resident paperwork through a portal.
The platform’s strongest fit is for teams that need several HUD workflows in one operational workspace. NSPIRE templates support scoring, photos, and reports, while dated calculation trails, agency file vaults, and audit evidence packs support recordkeeping.
