HOAworks brings financial administration and community operations into a cloud-based platform for homeowners associations, self-managed boards, builders and developers. Its resident and renter portals cover accounts, dues and announcements, while board and vendor workflows extend beyond payment collection. Small and mid-market communities that want one monthly software price for core HOA tasks are the clearest fit. The vendor also positions the product for communities seeking services around formation, developer turnover or ongoing operations.

According to the vendor’s pricing page, the HOA Software plan costs $45 per month, billed monthly. It includes a cloud-based HOA platform, online payments and financial tracking, violations, requests and communications, plus board reporting and dashboards. The feature set also covers ACH and card payments, invoices and assessments; violation notices, fees, reminders and status tracking; and maintenance, warranty, architectural and common-area requests. Accounting tools include budgeting, financial statements and payment history, alongside property records and document storage. Communityworks and Builderworks services are custom priced, so they sit outside that stated software entry price.

The product’s breadth is useful for boards trying to coordinate resident, vendor and financial workflows without treating each as a separate function. Vendor work orders and online vendor payments sit alongside communications, notifications and reporting. The trade-off is a web-only listed platform, with the mobile application acknowledged but no operating systems specified; support is listed by email. Communities that need a choice of software tiers, a specified mobile environment or support through additional listed channels may want to compare alternatives. HOAworks is a practical fit when a clear monthly entry price and broad HOA administration matter more than those considerations.
