The platform also includes ACC applications, resident messaging, payments, and community communications.

Essentials includes ACC violations, ACC applications, a resident portal, resident messaging, digital inspections, and SMS notifications. Complete includes those capabilities plus automatic reports. Intelligent includes everything in Complete, along with the CORI AI chatbot and AI Phone Assistant.
