HOA Messenger is a web and mobile platform for homeowners associations, board members, and managers. It brings resident and community messaging, private document hosting, electronic payments, violation tracking, maintenance work orders, amenity scheduling, calendars, and accounting tools into one system. The Free plan supports unlimited HOAs and unlimited residents, making the product especially suitable for communities that want to begin with core communication and administration features without a monthly software charge.

Its tier structure separates basic community operations from financial management. The Free plan includes a private mobile portal, document hosting, violation tracking, and electronic payments by credit card or ACH. Premium adds double-entry accounting, vendor bill pay, budgeting, resident invoicing, assessment tracking, and resident web-portal access. According to the published pricing views, Premium costs $25 per month with monthly billing or $20 per month when billed annually. The Admin plan adds receivables and payables administration, a public-facing HOA landing page, monthly bank reconciliation, and AR/AP administrative support via chat; it costs $399 per month monthly or $319 per month when billed annually.

Platform coverage is practical for communities with mixed access preferences: HOA Messenger supports web, iOS, and Android. Its feature breadth also extends beyond communication into payments, violations, maintenance requests, scheduling, and association accounting. Communities needing only a private resident portal and core workflows can stay on Free, while boards handling budgets, invoices, and assessments have a clear Premium upgrade path. Larger or more administratively involved associations may consider Admin for reconciliation and support, but its higher price makes it less suited to smaller communities that do not need those services.
