HOA Cloud is a cloud-based management platform for Florida homeowners associations, condominium associations, community-association managers and boards. Its focus is unusually specific: statutory workflows for Florida Chapters 718 and 720 sit alongside resident and board portals, dues collection, accounting, violations, maintenance, documents and meetings. That breadth can suit associations that want compliance and day-to-day administration in one system, as well as management companies handling multiple associations. Web, iOS and Android access is available.

Pricing is organized around three distinct audiences. Compliance Shield costs $200 per association per month and includes a $14,000 Compliance Shield guarantee, deadline automation, SIRS and milestone-inspection tracking, a compliant records website, records-request logging, and meeting notice and document-posting automation. The HOA Cloud Platform is $695 per month, adding resident portal and dues/ACH collection, general ledger, budgets, reserves and reconciliation, violation and fining workflows, maintenance and vendor management, meeting tools, and an AI assistant. Management Companies pricing is $1.75 per door per month, with portfolio dashboards, independent board access, association branding, bulk migration from AppFolio, Buildium and Yardi, role-based permissions, and portfolio compliance reporting. Annual billing is advertised as 10% savings; a 7-day trial is available.

The platform’s fit is strongest when Florida-specific compliance is a central requirement, rather than a secondary feature. It also connects with QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, DocuSign and Google Workspace, and includes PCI DSS compliance, email, chat and phone support, documentation, and 24/7 support. The trade-off is cost: even the compliance-focused option has a monthly association fee, while the broader operating platform is a substantially higher monthly commitment. Associations primarily seeking lower-cost standalone tools for dues, maintenance or documents may prefer a narrower alternative; Florida associations that value deadline automation and connected administrative workflows are the clearer match.
