HiveSuite is cloud-based business management software for UK event and party hire businesses. It brings together online enquiry forms, customer records, quote creation, equipment availability, delivery and collection scheduling, invoicing, payments and customer communication. Its web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android availability suits teams that coordinate office work with mobile field access through HiveCrew. The product is aimed at small rental operations that need more than a basic booking calendar but do not want separate tools for core hire administration.
Pricing is structured across four paid tiers, with the same feature availability described across plans. Solo costs £34.99 per month or £349 per year. Small Team costs £89.99 per month or £899 per year, Growing Team costs £149.99 per month or £1,499 per year, and Professional costs £249.99 per month or £2,499 per year. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card, while there is no permanent free plan. The annual options reduce the listed monthly equivalent, but require annual billing.
The strongest fit is the connected workflow: enquiries can become draft quotes, branded quotes can convert to invoices, Stripe can handle payment links and deposits, and QuickBooks or Xero can synchronize accounting data. Customers can approve quotes and pay invoices through the portal, while teams can assign jobs and view schedules on mobile devices. AI-assisted reporting and business analytics add a reporting layer to the operational tools. Choose HiveSuite if your priority is broad coverage of everyday event-hire operations in one system. Consider another product if your business needs a workflow outside event and party hire or accounting connectivity beyond the listed integrations.
