Hi-Tech Pawn brings pawn lending, vehicle title loans, check advances and check cashing into Windows software for pawn shops and related lending businesses. Its scope extends into retail operations: customer records, inventory locations, sales, layaways, consignments, purchasing, accounting and cash-drawer management sit alongside loan servicing. That makes it a fit for shops looking to manage lending and store workflows in one system, rather than a narrow tool for tracking loans alone.

The feature-set pricing lets a shop choose its scope. According to the vendor's pricing page, One Feature (Monthly) costs $98.39 per month and covers one of Pawn Shop Management, Title Pawn, or Check Loans / Check Cashing. Two Features (Monthly) costs $126.03 per month, while Three Features (Monthly), which includes all three sets, costs $153.63 per month. Quarterly options are $280.41, $359.18, and $437.84 for one, two, and three feature sets respectively; semi-annual options include $531.31 for one set and $680.54 for two. A 30-day trial is offered. Buyers should match the number of feature sets to their lending mix before comparing the recurring cost.

Operational breadth is a notable strength: the system tracks loan renewal, redemption and foreclosure, vehicle repossession, bad checks, item storage, and point-of-sale transactions. Police reporting and an ATF firearms acquisition/disposition log address specialized shop workflows, and integrations include LeadsOnline, BWI, RISS, Pawn Payment Solutions, and Access Technology Group. Online pawn-renewal payments are supported through Pawn Payment Solutions. The trade-off is its Windows desktop, self-hosted deployment, so shops seeking a platform outside that environment should consider alternatives. Shops that want lending, retail, accounting and reporting together are its natural audience; businesses needing only a focused loan tracker may find its breadth and tier structure more than they need.
