Hey Support is a cloud-based AI customer-service and sales agent from GrandWorks. It is aimed at businesses that want website visitors to get answers from their own content, while also automating selected support and sales tasks. The agent can be configured with a role, tone and behavioral rules; its answers draw on website and document content and include source citations. It can also capture leads, handle CRM records, book meetings through calendar integrations and hand conversations to teammates with context. That mix suits small teams looking to automate web support without limiting the agent to question answering.

The plan progression matters if a team needs more than a basic web widget. Free includes one chatbot, one seat, a web widget and community support. Starter is $19 per month with annual billing and adds one domain and email support, while retaining one chatbot and one seat. Growth is $49 per month with annual billing and adds human handoff, Voice Assistant, all integrations and AI Actions, plus auto-updating knowledge. Scale is $129 per month with annual billing and includes a full API, Voice Assistant and auto-updating knowledge, with positioning for agencies and multi-brand companies. Enterprise has custom pricing and includes unlimited chatbots, seats, minutes and conversations, SSO and SCIM, a dedicated CSM, a 99.9% uptime SLA and EU data residency.

Its integration and action set is most relevant for companies already using ecommerce, CRM or messaging tools. Listed connections include Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce and Zapier; REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks support additional connections. The agent can look up orders, recommend products and add items to carts, making it a fit for commerce teams as well as general customer service. Voice Assistant is available on eligible plans with metered minutes. Teams that need human escalation should budget for Growth, and businesses relying on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram should account for those connections being marked “Soon.” Choose it for grounded, action-oriented web support; consider another option if those channels are essential now.
