HEY Email is a subscription email and calendar service for individuals who want a @hey.com address and a structured alternative to a conventional inbox. Its Imbox, Feed, and Paper Trail areas separate incoming messages by purpose, while screening for first-time senders gives users more control over who reaches the main inbox. The service is available through web, desktop, and mobile apps, making it a fit for solo users and small personal setups that value organization over a conventional mailbox layout.

Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. HEY for You costs $99 per year and includes an @hey.com email address, HEY Calendar, 100GB of storage, built-in email workflows, spy pixel blocking, and apps for web, Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. A 30-day free trial is available without a card requirement. HEY for Domains costs $12 per user per month and adds custom domain hosting, multi-user account management, thread sharing, private team comments, and email aliases. HEY for Families costs $179 per year and supports up to four additional people with separate @hey.com addresses, individual calendars, and individual accounts.

The strongest case for HEY is its depth of workflow features. Reply Later, Set Aside, and Bubble Up help defer messages without losing track of them; Collections group related threads; and a searchable Clips Library stores reusable email text. An attachment library, large-file sharing by download link, tracker and spy-pixel blocking, and private notes and files on threads extend the service beyond basic sending and receiving. Paying customers also get two-factor authentication. Choose HEY if you want structured, opinionated email organization and privacy controls. Choose another service if you need a free mailbox or want custom-domain hosting included in a personal plan.
