HES LoanBox is a modular lending platform from HES FinTech for banks, credit unions, fintechs and other lenders. It brings digital borrower onboarding, KYC, document capture, bank-account verification, configurable origination workflows and AI-assisted credit decisioning into one system. The platform also covers servicing, repayment schedules, disbursements, borrower and agent portals, debt collection, reporting and portfolio management. It supports fixed-term loans, credit lines, personal loans, installment loans, revolving credit, POS finance, BNPL, auto loans, HELOCs, mortgage loans and commercial loans.

Its breadth is the main reason to consider it. LoanBox connects origination with accruals, write-offs, repayment tracking, payment-provider integrations, collection segmentation and escalation strategies. Reporting, dashboards, data export and an open API extend the platform beyond core loan administration. Integrations include VoPay, SendGrid, Ondato, Jumio, PandaDoc, GiniMachine, open banking providers, credit bureaus and payment providers. The vendor also states that LoanBox has 100+ integrations, giving digital lenders options for building a broader lending stack.

The buying process is sales-led: pricing follows a license-based model and prospects are directed to contact HES FinTech. There is no free plan, so LoanBox is better suited to lenders evaluating a full operational platform than to small teams seeking a self-serve starting point. Web and API access, cloud deployment and on-premises deployment provide deployment flexibility, while configurable products and workflows can support varied lending models. Choose LoanBox when one system must span origination, servicing and collections; consider a narrower tool if the requirement is limited to a single lending function.
