HERO Harmony is a cloud property management platform for landlords and property management companies managing residential long-term and short-term rentals, commercial properties, storage facilities, and associations. It brings property and lease administration, tenant and owner portals, online rent and balance payments, trust accounting, maintenance workflows, applications, inspections, listings, marketing, CRM, and reporting into one system. Its audience is small and growing operators that need more than rent collection, particularly those coordinating multiple stakeholder groups such as tenants, owners, vendors, and associations.
The platform’s breadth is its clearest strength. Tenant, owner, association, and vendor portals support separate workflows, while maintenance requests can move through work orders, vendor assignments, and permits. Financial tools cover invoices, distributions, trust accounting, and reports. Leasing and management agreement administration sit alongside rental applications, screening workflows, inspections with photos and signatures, repair estimates, listing syndication, and online payments. This makes Harmony a fit for operators seeking one operating layer across varied property types rather than a narrow landlord tool.
HERO Harmony also offers a flexible entry point. The Launch Edition is a free account for evaluating Harmony, with no credit card required and no stated time limit. Landlord 20W adds landlord features and an integrated website for up to 20 units, while Landlord 40 supports up to 40 units without an integrated website. The platform supports web access across Windows, macOS, and Linux, plus an open API with customizable security controls; mobile access is web-based rather than through native mobile apps. Choose Harmony if broad portals, accounting, maintenance, leasing, and an API matter. A simpler landlord-focused product may be a better fit when those workflows are unnecessary.
