HEFLO is a business process management platform for organizations and consultancies that need to model, document, govern, publish and automate processes. Its BPMN 2.0 support, structured documentation, version history, process portal and collaboration features make it suited to teams managing complex or high-volume workflows. It is delivered through web and self-hosted deployments, with options described for cloud, private cloud and on-premises use.
The plan structure starts with Academic at no cost, covering BPMN process diagramming, cloud-stored diagrams, image downloads, import and export, and community support. Lite adds documentation and publishing tools, PDF process documentation, Academy access, feedback on published documentation, additional diagram types and chat support. Enterprise adds business process automation, deadline alerts, AI, web service integration, phone, chat and portal support with SLA, and single sign-on.
