Headlime is a web-based AI writing application for marketing agencies, copywriters, and business owners. It generates headlines, Facebook ads, emails, blog content, landing-page copy, and product messaging from templates and user inputs. The broader workspace adds long-form editing, landing-page creation, document generation, copy examples, and team collaboration. Its multilingual support covers eleven languages. Headlime is best suited to marketing teams that want a large template library and several copy-production workflows in one product, rather than a general writing environment.

Headlime uses paid subscriptions and offers no free plan. Individual includes 1,500 credits per month and all features, but excludes teams, additional seats, and whitelabeling. Business includes three members, unlimited usage with fair use, collaborative features, and a whitelabeled experience. Individual fits a solo practitioner, while Business is the clearer match for a small team or agency. The product’s more than 1,700 pre-made templates span 20-plus categories. Its AI blog editor can continue and rewrite long-form articles, while the landing-page builder combines responsive templates with drag-and-drop editing.

The strongest case for Headlime is breadth within marketing content: reusable templates, a copy inspiration library with real-world examples, CSV-based document generation, and shared copy management extend it beyond one-off text generation. That breadth may appeal to agencies handling repeatable campaigns and deliverables. The trade-off is a narrower platform fit: Headlime is web-only and does not offer an integration ecosystem. Its development direction also matters, because future updates are limited beyond bug fixes while it is being merged into Conversion.ai. Choose Headlime if template depth, landing pages, and agency collaboration matter most; choose another tool if integrations or ongoing feature development are priorities.
