Haven is hosted membership management software for clubs, associations, nonprofits, chambers, societies, and other dues-based organizations. It brings member records, custom fields, CSV import and export, dues collection, events, email communications, reporting, a branded member dashboard, and a managed public website into one web-based service. Members can access profiles, event registrations, payment history, and organization documents through the portal, while administrators can manage directories, recurring revenue, member growth, and overdue dues.

Pricing is structured around member capacity. Starter costs $49 per month or $529 per year and includes all features for up to 100 members. Pro costs $99 per month or $1,069 per year and includes all features for up to 1,000 members. Enterprise is for organizations with 1,000+ members and includes all features, with custom software development available. A 14-day free trial is offered, but there is no free plan. According to the published plans, the main paid-tier difference is member capacity rather than feature access.

Haven’s strongest fit is an organization that wants a broad administrative system without assembling separate tools for billing, events, communications, member access, and its public site. Stripe integration supports dues and payment collection, while automatic renewals and renewal reminders address recurring membership administration. Event registration includes RSVPs, waitlists, and paid events; email tools include targeting, automated templates, and delivery tracking. Organizations that need more than Stripe for payments, or that exceed 100 members, should look beyond Starter. Small associations that want hosted web access and all core features in the entry plan should consider Haven.
