Harmony is a conversation intelligence and AI workspace platform for teams that need to turn meetings and calls into accountable follow-up. It records meetings, produces speaker-labeled transcripts and summaries, and extracts action items, commitments, and deadlines. Automatic owner and due-date assignment, status tracking, search across meeting history, and synchronization with external work tools make it suited to sales, customer success, product, operations, support, and enterprise teams. Access spans web, Windows, macOS, API, and self-hosted deployments.

Pricing is structured across four monthly plans. Basic costs $29 per month and is aimed at individuals, with unlimited self-recording, 250 Companion recording minutes, and 2,000 Companion credits. Pro costs $59 per month for power users and small teams, increasing the allowance to 400 Companion recording minutes and 5,000 Companion credits. Max costs $129 per month and adds data-lake access for advanced workflows, alongside 1,000 Companion recording minutes and 8,000 Companion credits. Enterprise costs $159 per month and includes data-lake access, performance, 1,400 Companion recording minutes, and 10,000 Companion credits. A 14-day trial is advertised, but there is no free plan.

Harmony’s strongest fit is for organizations that want meeting capture connected directly to execution systems. Integrations include Jira, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Todoist, Monday.com, Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Automated workflows, agents, skills, a public API, webhooks, and two-way task synchronization support more involved operating processes. Teams seeking only a lightweight action-item list may find the broader recording, transcription, analysis, and integration model unnecessary; organizations managing recurring meetings and cross-system follow-up are the clearer audience.

Harmony pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Extracts action items, commitments, deadlines, owners, and due dates
    • Synchronizes tasks two ways with project, CRM, and productivity tools
    • Supports workflows, API, webhooks, desktop recording, and self-hosting
  • Where it doesn't
    • Starts at $29 per month with no free plan
    • Higher recording-minute and credit allowances require paid upgrades
    • Its broad meeting intelligence scope may exceed simple task-tracking needs
