Happy Scribe is a web and mobile platform for transcribing audio and video, creating subtitles, translating content and capturing meeting notes. It supports AI transcription in more than 150 languages, automatic speaker identification, word-level timestamps, collaborative editing and multiple export formats. Multimedia teams can also use human transcription and proofreading, AI Chat for transcript analysis, and a REST API with webhooks for automated workflows. Meeting notetaking connects with Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

The published plans span a free trial through enterprise features. Free includes a 10-minute AI transcription, subtitling and translation trial, unlimited meeting recordings with a 45-minute recording limit, and watermarked MP4 exports. Basic starts at $8.50 per month when billed annually and includes 120 minutes per month, one user seat and DOCX, TXT, SRT and PDF exports. Pro is $19 per month billed annually for 600 minutes, three seats, unlimited recording duration, unlimited AI Chat and additional subtitle formats. Business is $59 per month billed annually for 6,000 minutes, five seats, workspace roles and permissions, and unlimited style guides and glossaries. Enterprise adds premium support, dedicated account management, SSO/SAML and scalable usage limits.

Its ecosystem coverage is a strong fit for production and collaboration workflows. Integrations include Google Calendar, Outlook, YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox and Zapier, alongside the meeting platforms. Web, iOS, Android and API access give teams several ways to submit, edit and distribute content. Choose Happy Scribe if transcription, subtitles, translation and meeting notes need to share one workflow. It is less suited to users who need more than the included monthly AI minutes without moving to a higher tier, or who only need a narrowly focused transcription tool.
