HammerTech is a construction safety management platform for general contractors, owners, and project teams managing multiple jobsites. It combines incident and injury reporting, safety inspections, corrective and preventative actions, worker orientations, training and certification records, job hazard analysis, subcontractor compliance, reporting, and site operations. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field workflows, while configurable forms, checklists, quizzes, and completion tracking help teams standardize safety processes across projects.

Pricing is customized around operational scale and complexity, and the vendor states that it does not use per-user billing. Subcontractor access is free, although that does not represent a general free plan. The platform also connects with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CMiC, MYOB/Accumatica, Power BI, and Tableau. Public REST/API connectivity, data export APIs, and real-time reporting dashboards give organizations options for connecting safety information with construction management and analytics environments.

Its strongest fit is for construction organizations that need more than incident logs or inspection forms. Offline inspections, issue closeout, corrective-action ownership, notifications, worker inductions, certification expiration alerts, hazard workflows, and subcontractor management cover a wide range of safety administration. The tradeoff is breadth: smaller teams seeking a narrowly focused safety tool may find the wider operational scope unnecessary, while organizations that need tailored workflows across multiple jobsites should consider HammerTech. Teams evaluating it should request a plan aligned with their operational scale and complexity before deciding.

HammerTech pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Offline inspections support field work in areas with limited connectivity
    • Worker orientations, certifications, and expiration alerts in one system
    • Integrates with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CMiC, and BI tools
  • Where it doesn't
    • Pricing requires a conversation with sales
    • The broad feature set may exceed the needs of small teams
    • No general free plan is offered
