Hajza review
A Pakistan-focused web platform combining salon payroll, POS, bookings and PRA e-invoicing.

Hajza is cloud-based business management software for salons, barbers, spas, retail shops and other service businesses. Its payroll tools cover staff wages, commissions, bonuses, overtime, daily payouts and payroll expenses, while the wider system handles appointments, walk-ins, point of sale, inventory and cash reconciliation. That combination makes it a fit for Pakistan salons that want payroll workflows connected to daily operations rather than a standalone wage tool.
The published plans show Hajza Standard at 5,000 PKR per venue per month, with bookings, point of sale, inventory, staff payroll and commission, reports and PRA e-invoicing. The Online Booking Widget costs 2,500 PKR per month and adds a public booking page, an embeddable widget, email confirmations and calendar links. The Online Storefront also costs 2,500 PKR per month and includes a public product catalog, custom domain support, checkout and order tracking. There is a 30-day free trial, but no free plan. Pricing is based on each venue rather than staff count.
Hajza connects with WhatsApp, Punjab Revenue Authority eIMS, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Its POS can record offline sales and synchronize when connectivity returns, while reports for sales, payroll, staff and inventory can be exported in CSV or PDF. Punjab salons may value the PRA e-invoicing workflow for taxed service bills. The main trade-offs are its web-only platform and the absence of a verified direct-deposit workflow. Salons needing booking, payroll calculations, commissions and operational reporting in one system should consider Hajza; businesses requiring native apps or direct payroll deposits should choose a different option.
