Habu is workspace management software for coworking spaces, business centres, creative studios, and startup incubators. It brings together workspace and meeting-room bookings, hot-desk reservations, check-ins, member self-service, memberships, day passes, invoicing, payment processing, CRM, and signup forms. The web-based platform is aimed at operators managing flexible workspaces, especially smaller spaces that want membership billing and booking workflows in one system.

The published monthly plans scale by active-user capacity: 30 active users costs $48, 50 costs $60, 80 costs $92, and 120 costs $132. Each plan includes access to all features, dedicated support, free onboarding and account optimization, unlimited team members, and an internal and external booking system. A 14-day trial provides an initial evaluation period, while annual billing carries a stated 20% discount. Habu’s pricing is straightforward for spaces below 100 active users, although operators should match the active-user tier carefully to their membership base.

Habu also fits teams that need payment and accounting connections around their workspace operations. Stripe and Adyen support payment processing, while Xero connects with accounting workflows; Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Salesforce extend the platform’s wider ecosystem fit. Its scope is practical rather than complete: verified access control and event management are not part of the offering, and Community Discovery is marked “Coming soon.” Choose Habu when affordable billing, reservations, member self-service, and day-pass sales matter most. Spaces that require access-control management or event-focused tooling should consider an alternative with those capabilities.
