Habitu is a branded app and guest intelligence platform for restaurant brands, including single-location operators, multi-location groups, and franchise businesses. It combines mobile web or native apps with ordering, loyalty, rewards, guest segmentation, campaigns, and performance insights. Restaurants can configure colors, typography, splash screens, menus, loyalty programs, and locations. The platform supports web, iOS, and Android, with in-app ordering and per-location menu availability. Its strongest fit is for chains that want loyalty and guest engagement to sit inside a branded restaurant experience.

Plan structure is designed to add app reach and operational scale as requirements grow. Starter includes a mobile web app, loyalty and ordering, AI-assisted brand generation, unlimited in-app and email guest messaging, and POS connection or standalone operation. Growth adds iOS and Google Play apps under the restaurant’s name, VIP tiers and perks, guest intelligence, and campaigns with 14-day attribution. Enterprise adds an own domain, desktop web ordering, multi-brand support, unlimited locations, a command deck, dedicated onboarding, and no per-order fee. The published plans show paid access without a free plan.

Habitu’s differentiator is the connection between loyalty activity, guest intelligence, and restaurant operations. Loyalty points, rewards, earn rules, redemptions, VIP tiers, behavior-based segments, and location-level campaigns support more targeted engagement. Foodics and Square integrations can connect visits, menus, transactions, and loyalty activity, while the dashboard provides program health insights. The channel mix has limits: in-app inbox and email are live, but push and SMS can be composed and previewed rather than dispatched live. Choose Habitu if branded apps, loyalty, and multi-location engagement are priorities; consider another product if live push or SMS messaging is central.
