Habit review
A thoughtful Gmail and calendar assistant for early-access users who want reviewable help.

Habit is a private AI concierge for people who want assistance across calendars, email, meetings, documents and conversations. With permission, it connects Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive and Telegram to prepare daily briefs, identify schedule clashes, gather meeting context, draft replies and propose next steps. It is currently aimed at accepted closed-beta members who want an assistant that keeps consequential actions reviewable rather than taking them automatically.
The Closed beta plan is complimentary and includes unlimited concierge requests, voice calls with no minute cap, advanced research and priority processing. It also includes scheduled briefs, configurable routines, conversational reminders, memory for preferences and relationship context, and review-before-action workflows. The standout feature is the combination of grounded email drafting and meeting readiness: Habit can use correspondence, calendar information and documents to prepare a response or briefing for review, editing or rejection. Eligible actions can be automated only through explicit, bounded authorization.
Habit fits users whose work already runs through Gmail and Google Calendar and who want one assistant to connect communications, schedules and documents. Telegram concierge access and the Context Monitor for macOS extend that workflow beyond the browser, while the product remains limited to web and macOS. Invitation-only access makes it a fit for early adopters rather than teams seeking broadly available software. Users who need a wider platform footprint or immediate general availability should choose an alternative; users comfortable with a closed beta and review-led automation may find Habit’s narrow focus compelling.
