Gymkee is a paid SaaS platform for personal trainers, coaches, studios, and gyms that want a client-facing fitness app alongside operational and coaching tools. Its web dashboard supports training and workout creation, nutrition plans, recipes, food tracking, assessments, habits, progress monitoring, messaging, content sales, and payments. Clients can access programs through web, iOS, and Android apps, while gyms can add custom branding or move to a white-label app experience.

Pricing starts with Starter at $34 per month monthly or $28 per month with annual billing. It includes program and workout creation, nutrition program creation, a client mobile app, and Gymkee Pay. Pro costs $79 monthly or $66 with annual billing, adding on-demand programs and workouts, color customization, group messaging, client groups, Zapier, and 30+ fitness app integrations. Business costs $149 monthly or $124 with annual billing and adds unlimited active clients, unlimited on-demand content, a custom logo, and VIP and personalized support. Custom costs $349 per month on either billing schedule, with App Store and Google Play white-label apps, zero Gymkee branding, a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and an SLA.

The platform’s breadth is its main differentiator. Gymkee combines client management, coaching content, nutrition, AI-generated programs and recipes, Gymkee Pay, subscriptions, invoices, payment links, and digital resources. Integrations include Stripe, Apple Health, Google Fit, Health Connect, Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Strava, MyFitnessPal, Zapier, and a public API. Booking is handled through Calendly rather than a native Gymkee class-booking system. Gyms seeking a branded, feature-rich coaching ecosystem should consider Gymkee; teams needing native booking or a free entry plan should look elsewhere.

Gymkee pros and cons

  • Where it doesn't
    • No free plan; paid access starts at $28 per month billed annually
    • Native class booking is not included; booking uses a Calendly integration
    • Custom requires a 12-month commitment and may include a setup fee
