Gullie combines relocation software with coordinated services for employers moving employees internationally. It is designed for venture-backed startups, scale-ups, and larger companies that need to manage employee moves without building a large internal mobility team. The web-based platform brings together document storage, relocation policies, employee dashboards, personalized move plans, and per-employee timelines with milestones and deadline tracking. Its published positioning covers relocations across more than 160 countries and includes support for employees and their families.

The strongest fit is for teams that need one place to coordinate the operational parts of a move. Gullie covers immigration and visa workflow coordination, housing, shipping, settling-in services, family and school-search assistance, and relocation vendor coordination. Employees receive a dashboard and personalized plan, while mobility teams can manage shared documents, deadlines, and policy templates. An AI voice assistant and relocation support add another channel for employee assistance. This breadth makes Gullie more suitable for coordinated international moves than for a narrow document or visa-tracking workflow.

According to the vendor’s pricing information, Gullie uses a flat-fee-per-move model and directs prospective customers to request a demo; conventional numeric plan prices are not presented. There is no free plan. That structure may suit companies budgeting relocation support per move, but it makes the product a sales-led purchase rather than a self-serve tool. Gullie states SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR claims on its product materials. Choose it when immigration, housing, employee support, and vendor coordination belong in the same relocation process. Look elsewhere if you specifically need assignment management or expense management.
