GuestQR is a web-based photo-sharing platform for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and venues. Organizers create an event and distribute one QR code for guest check-in, table lookup, photo and video uploads, guestbook messages, and a live photo wall. Guests can use a phone browser without installing an app or creating an account. Organizers can moderate uploads, share galleries with likes and comments, and download the finished gallery as a ZIP file.

The plan structure covers individual events and recurring event businesses. The Free plan includes QR check-in and table lookup, a shared gallery, and a live wall. Plus costs $15 per event and adds 250 photos and videos plus unlimited guest-book notes. Premium costs $39 per event and includes 3,000–6,000 photo uploads, an AI photo album, collaborators, and thank-you emails. Studio costs $149 per month for up to 10 Premium events, while Agency costs $249 per month for up to 20 Premium events. Enterprise is aimed at custom event volume with invoice billing, team workspaces, and a dedicated contact.

GuestQR’s strongest fit is an event workflow that combines guest participation, content control, and post-event delivery. The moderation queue helps organizers decide what reaches the live wall, while written, voice, and video messages make the guestbook more flexible than a gallery-only tool. AI-assisted album creation and thank-you emails extend the workflow beyond the event itself. The trade-off is platform coverage: GuestQR is web-only, so teams seeking native mobile applications should consider another option. Choose GuestQR for QR-led event galleries and guestbooks; choose an alternative when mobile apps or a narrower, lower-cost sharing workflow matter more.

GuestQR pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • QR check-in, table lookup, uploads, and live walls in one event flow
    • Guestbook supports written, voice, and video messages
    • Moderation, ZIP downloads, AI albums, and thank-you emails add depth
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only access excludes native mobile apps
    • Per-event pricing may not suit occasional high-volume sharing
    • Premium features are concentrated in higher-priced plans
