GroundsKeeper Pro is desktop business management and invoicing software for landscaping, lawn-care, snow-plowing, and other outdoor property-maintenance businesses. It brings recurring-service scheduling, route assignment, route-order optimization, estimates, service contracts, invoicing, payment processing, customer records, reporting, and chemical-application tracking into one Windows-based system. The software is aimed at established operations that manage recurring jobs, field routes, job sites, customer communication, and office administration from Windows computers.
Its strongest fit is the combination of operational scheduling and office finance tools. Teams can organize recurring services, assign and optimize routes, create estimates and contracts with editable terms, issue invoices and statements, and email bills. ACH, debit-card, and credit-card payment processing supports collection workflows, while income, expense, tax, and chemical-application reporting addresses business administration. Customer letters, conversation records, and job-site management add context around ongoing accounts. Data backup, restore, export, and archiving provide additional control over business records.
The published plans show GroundsKeeper Pro v9.1.3 as a paid product with a one-time purchase and unlimited-computer installation for the licensed user; 30 days of Silver Support are included. A four-payment option provides four interest-free monthly payments. QuickBooks customer importing supports a defined accounting connection, but the product remains focused on its Windows desktop environment. The absence of mobile phone apps makes it less suitable for teams that need a mobile-first workflow, while the Windows-only platform narrows deployment flexibility. Choose GroundsKeeper Pro if your business already relies on Windows and needs broad desktop coverage for recurring work, routing, contracts, billing, and reporting. Consider an alternative if mobile access or a wider platform and integration ecosystem is central to daily operations.
