gradar is a web-based job evaluation and job architecture platform for HR and rewards teams. It helps organisations organise roles into job families, levels and career paths, while linking jobs with descriptions, competencies and skills. Its compensation tools cover external salary benchmarking, pay-range design, compa-ratio analysis, gender pay-gap analysis and pay-equity analysis. The product is positioned for SMEs through global enterprises, with HRIS integrations for job, employee and compensation data.

Pricing is structured around annual plans. SME Complete costs €3,000 per year for up to 250 employees, up to 100 jobs and up to 2 admin users. Starter Complete costs €4,000 per year and supports unlimited employees, up to 100 jobs and up to 2 admin users. Professional Complete costs €7,000 per year, adding unlimited jobs, up to 4 admin users and unlimited read-only users. Enterprise Complete costs €10,000 per year and adds up to 8 admin users, unlimited read-only users and custom access management. Ultimate Edition adds advanced access management, deep customisation and enterprise-wide job architecture.

The standout strength is the connection between job structure and compensation analysis. Organisations can evaluate and grade jobs using a point-factor methodology, define progression structures, benchmark salaries and examine pay relationships within one system. Integrations include SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Personio, Workday and Kombo. That combination suits teams building a formal, compensation-led architecture rather than looking only for a simple job catalogue. Organisations needing a free option, a non-web deployment or fewer controls around plan limits should look elsewhere; gradar is more appropriate when job evaluation, pay bands and equity analysis are central requirements.
