Governance360 review
A focused web platform for organising board work, policies, committees and risk.

Governance360 is a web-based board governance platform for smaller organisations, including charities, sports governing bodies, housing associations, credit unions and growing companies. It brings meeting scheduling, agendas, board papers, minutes, actions, attendance, policies, committees and risk management into one workspace. The product also includes board accountability and task tracking, plus optional CPD-accredited director training through its Director Academy. It is designed for organisations that need a structured governance record rather than a general-purpose collaboration tool.
Pricing is organised by organisation rather than by user. Foundation costs £40 per month or £400 per year, plus VAT, and includes meetings, actions and documents, Risk Register Lite, up to two committees and up to 10 users. Professional costs £80 per month or £800 per year and adds the full risk register, unlimited committees, a personalised onboarding call and up to 20 users. Ultimate costs £120 per month or £1,200 per year, with granular permissions management, the Benchmark feature, Board Action Plan and up to 30 users. A 30-day free trial is available. These tiers give smaller boards a clear path from core administration to deeper risk, permissions and planning controls.
Its strongest fit is governance work that depends on consistent records: policy libraries, meeting documentation, committee administration, attendance tracking and action ownership. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: Governance360 runs on the web, with no mobile apps or integrations, and verified voting is not included. Boards looking for a central governance hub with risk and policy workflows should consider it; organisations needing connected systems, mobile access or formal voting tools should look elsewhere.
