GoToVector review
A focused web tool for turning photos and prompts into downloadable SVG line art.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
GoToVector converts uploaded photos into scalable line-art templates and downloadable SVG sheets. It is designed for wrap and decal shops, sign and print studios, designers, and creators working on vehicles, logos, apparel, stickers, signs, and other craft or print projects. Users can upload up to five photos for multiple views or describe a design in Dream Mode. Scale, rotation, and detail adjustments provide additional control before exporting.
The free plan supports one watermarked SVG sheet, multiple designs per sheet, five free regenerations, and no signup requirement. Paid options focus on clean downloads: Single provides one clean SVG sheet, 5-Pack provides five, and 25 Downloads provides 25. Each paid option includes multiple designs per sheet, no watermark, and no expiry. This credit-based structure suits occasional projects better than a workflow centered on recurring access, while the free tier gives users a way to preview results before purchasing.
GoToVector’s strongest fit is photo-to-vector line art, especially when multiple views or a custom logo are needed. Print-ready SVG output, adjustable scale, rotation, and detail settings support further production work, while text-prompt generation broadens the input options beyond existing images. The trade-off is a narrow platform footprint: it is web-based, and clean SVG output sits behind paid options. Choose GoToVector for focused image-to-vector work and prompt-based line-art generation; consider another tool if you need a broader platform ecosystem or formats beyond SVG.
