GoTab is a restaurant and hospitality commerce platform for restaurants, breweries, bars, hotels, food halls, and entertainment venues. It brings together point of sale, handheld POS, QR and online ordering, mobile payments, kitchen display tools, self-ordering kiosks, menu and inventory controls, reporting, loyalty, discounts, and gift cards. Its ordering flows support dine-in, takeout, and delivery, while venue controls include zones, spots, tabs, and smart order routing. It is suited to operators that want one platform spanning guest ordering and front- and back-of-house operations.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Basic costs $15 per month and includes point of sale, QR and online ordering, and preauthorized tabs with tap, dip, and Apple Pay. Additional POS, KDS, kiosk, Easy Tab, support, and accounting integrations are available as add-ons. Pro costs $99 per month and adds multiple zones, dynamic pricing rules and coupons, dynamic routing, and API access. Sync costs $229 per month and includes cloud and on-premises deployment alongside POS, ordering, zones, pricing rules, coupons, and routing. There is no free plan.
GoTab’s platform coverage makes it a practical fit for venues with varied ordering points or complex fulfillment. The product supports web, Windows, iOS, and Android, and connects with QuickBooks Online, Xero, OpenTable, Reserve with Rex, Book Tech Labs, 7shifts, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, and other listed services. Operators seeking low-cost POS and ordering should consider Basic; venues needing routing, pricing controls, or API access should consider Pro, while Sync is aimed at cloud and on-premises requirements. It is a weaker fit for teams seeking staff scheduling as a primary built-in function.
