GonnaOrder review
A multilingual ordering toolkit for venues that want website, QR, and in-person channels.

GonnaOrder brings online ordering and restaurant operations into one platform for restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, hotels, takeaways, and other hospitality businesses. Its mix of branded ordering websites, QR-based table ordering, reservations, kiosks, payments, and loyalty tools suits venues looking to serve customers through more than one ordering route. Interactive menus support multiple languages and real-time updates, making the product particularly relevant to small venues with multilingual customers.
The plans scale by modules, channels, and QR codes, although the published tiers retain a one-venue limit except for Tailored. Starter costs €49 per month or €490 per year and includes one module, one sales channel per enabled module, and 20 QR codes. Pro is listed at €790 per year, with up to three modules, three included sales channels, and 100 QR codes. Scale costs €109 per month or €1,090 per year and includes all seven modules, up to seven sales channels, and 500 QR codes. Tailored is aimed at chains and multi-venue setups, with a custom module mix and 500+ QR codes. GonnaOrder also offers a free plan and a 14-day trial; limited freemium access is capped at five orders per month after the trial or subscription expires.
Its ecosystem includes POS, payment, delivery, and invoicing integrations, plus automatic order printing, reporting, and an admin API for custom integrations. Named integrations include Stripe, Mollie, Shopify, HubRise, Poster, and Loyverse. This breadth can help a venue connect ordering with operational tools, while the one-venue limits on Starter, Pro, and Scale make those plans less suited to operators expanding across locations. Choose GonnaOrder if multilingual ordering and a range of customer-facing channels matter; chains should look at Tailored, while venues wanting only a narrowly focused ordering tool may not need its wider modules.
