Go Tax Pro review
A browser-based option for preparers handling individual and business returns.

Go Tax Pro is cloud-based professional tax preparation software for tax preparers and growing tax businesses. It runs in a web browser and supports individual, small-business, and corporate returns, along with federal and state e-filing. The product also combines document management, electronic and remote signatures, client communication, and a customizable mobile app for securely collecting tax information. Guided Mode and Direct Input provide two entry approaches for preparing returns.
The published plans show two annual package options. Pro Web costs $599 and includes cloud-based software, unlimited federal and state returns, unlimited free e-file, a customizable mobile app, document management, and electronic signatures. Full Corporate Suite costs $999 and adds federal and state corporate returns, Forms 990, 1041, 1120S, and 1065, plus built-in web reporting and refund transfer and cash advance services. Both plans support unlimited federal and state returns. Bank products are the listed integration, including refund transfers and cash advances.
Go Tax Pro fits preparers who want browser-based access and a broader workflow than tax calculation alone. Its combination of returns, e-filing, documents, signatures, reporting, and client information collection can suit tax businesses serving individual and business clients. Corporate-focused practices should look closely at Full Corporate Suite, while preparers focused mainly on individual returns may find Pro Web more appropriate. The product is less suited to teams that require desktop software or a wider integration ecosystem, since web is the listed platform and bank products are the listed integration. Training, practice returns, live support, and ticket-based technical assistance are available.
