Gmelius is an email collaboration platform built around Gmail and Google Workspace. It is designed for teams managing shared addresses such as support@, billing@, and sales@, with shared inboxes, labels, assignments, drafts, notes, mentions, and workload distribution. AI features cover reply drafting, email sorting, classification, meeting scheduling based on calendar availability, dispatching, and follow-ups. Teams can also use templates, sequences, Kanban views, workflow rules, email analytics, and SLA reporting across web, browser extension, iOS, Android, and API access.

The published annual plans show three fixed tiers and one custom option. Meli costs $19 per user per month and includes AI replies, sorting and classification, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and inbox-zero assistance. Growth costs $25 per user per month and adds unlimited shared inboxes and labels, automation rules, auto-assignments, and most integrations and API access. Pro costs $40 per user per month and adds AI dispatching assistants, CRM integrations, webhooks, advanced team analytics, and custom permissions. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds bespoke AI assistants, custom integrations, reports and analytics, no usage caps, and user provisioning. A 7-day free trial is available.

Gmelius fits teams already working in Gmail or Google Workspace that want collaborative support operations without leaving that environment. Its integration set includes Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Groups, Google Workspace Admin, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Trello, Nicereply, Zapier, Make, and Relay.app. The Gmail-centered design is also its main boundary: teams seeking a client built for a broader range of independent email accounts should consider another option. Choose Gmelius when shared Gmail workflows, AI assistance, assignments, and reporting are priorities; skip it when a free plan or a non-Google-first setup matters most.

Gmelius pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Shared Gmail inboxes, labels, assignments, notes, and @mentions
    • AI sorting, reply drafts, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-ups
    • Automation, analytics, sequences, and integrations across key team tools
  • Where it doesn't
    • Gmail and Google Workspace focus limits its fit for other email ecosystems
    • No free plan; paid plans begin at $19 per user per month billed annually
    • Advanced AI, CRM integrations, webhooks, and analytics require Pro or Enterprise
