GloriaFood is a restaurant platform for small and medium-sized food businesses that want to manage online ordering alongside reservations, menus and dine-in ordering. Its core service supports delivery, pickup and dine-in orders, with website, Facebook and social ordering links. Restaurants can also publish QR-code menus, accept scheduled orders, manage menu item availability, configure delivery zones and review reporting through the platform. Android and iOS apps support restaurant order management.

The free service plan is the main draw. It includes unlimited orders, unlimited locations, a website ordering widget, a table reservations widget, QR-code dine-in ordering and detailed reports. Restaurants can add Advanced Promo Marketing for $19 per month, with client segmentation, target profiling and multiple promotions. Online payments through a payment gateway cost $29 per month, while table reservation deposits cost $0.50 per guest. The optional Restaurant POS System costs $49 per location per month and includes online ordering, POS settings, employee and payment management, a free POS starter kit and a two-year commitment.

GloriaFood also connects with delivery tracking software, POS systems, loyalty platforms, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Instagram and TikTok. That ecosystem suits restaurants building ordering and promotion channels across their existing web and social presence. However, the service is scheduled to reach end of life on April 30, 2027, with support for existing customers through that date. Restaurants that need a platform for a longer-term operational commitment should consider an alternative. GloriaFood is better suited to small restaurants that want low-cost online ordering and related tools during its remaining service period.
