Glo is a cloud-based tanning salon management system for salons that need to coordinate appointments, client records and day-to-day operations. Its calendar schedules across tanning beds with colour-coded appointment statuses, while service setup supports tanning and spray-tan appointments, including duration and post-care buffers. Client profiles bring together visit history, skin assessments, course balances and marketing consent. The product is available on the web and has a 7-day free trial, with no ongoing free plan described.

Bed operations are a notable strength: Glo tracks usage hours, maintenance thresholds and maintenance logs, alongside digital skin assessment and consent records. The point of sale handles services, products, courses and gift cards, with Stripe and SumUp payments. Prepaid minute packages automatically deduct session minutes, and reporting covers revenue, services, profitability and end-of-day totals. Salons looking for a connected operational system may value this breadth; those focused mainly on simple appointment booking may find the feature set broader than needed.

According to the published plans, Starter costs £40 per month and includes bookings, client management, POS, course packages, basic reports and email support. Professional is £50 per month and adds gift cards, inventory management and advanced analytics. The Online Booking Widget and Marketing Suite & SMS are each £20 per month as add-ons; the widget is included with Enterprise, which also lists multiple locations, centralised reporting, custom onboarding and priority live chat. Enterprise pricing is not stated here. Glo is therefore a fit for salons weighing operational coverage and reporting against add-on costs; buyers specifically seeking membership management should verify that capability before choosing it.
