GiveNow is a web-based fundraising platform from Our Community Pty Ltd, founded in 2001 and based in North Melbourne, Victoria. It is aimed at Australian not-for-profits, particularly small and medium-sized community organisations, that want donations, recurring gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising, event ticketing, memberships, receipts, and reporting in one system. Causes, events, memberships, donor data, remittance reports, and integrations are managed through its OrgHQ administration hub. GiveNow processes donations in Australian dollars and supports cards, Apple Pay, and direct debit for regular donations.
The published plans show a paid model without setup or subscription fees; platform fees are charged as a percentage of each transaction. Starter charges 1.5% and includes one-time and monthly donations, up to two active cause listings, automated receipts, real-time analytics, and memberships and events modules. Basic charges 2.7%, adding CrowdRaiser peer-to-peer fundraising, event ticketing and analytics, membership forms and analytics, and a daily summary report. Pro charges 3.5% and adds unlimited active cause listings, embedded donation, event, and membership forms, unlimited memberships and events, grant search, and Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Zapier integrations. Separate payment-processing fees also apply and vary by payment method and whether the organisation is DGR or non-DGR.
Its breadth suits community organisations that want fundraising and operational modules together, including QR codes for causes, events, and memberships, automated donor statements, and grant search. Integrations with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Zapier are available on Pro, which may matter to organisations connecting fundraising with other tools. Reporting includes real-time donation data and analytics in OrgHQ, though campaign reporting is standard. GiveNow is a reasonable fit when these combined functions are useful and transaction-based costs suit the organisation's donation volume. Groups seeking a free plan, or those prioritising more advanced campaign reporting, should compare alternatives.

- Pro adds embedded forms, integrations, unlimited listings, and grant search
- Where it doesn't
- No free plan; platform fees apply to each transaction
- Separate payment-processing fees vary by payment method and DGR status
- Campaign reporting is standard rather than a standout reporting tier
