GivenHansco review
A broad operations suite for ready-mix plants, with less coverage for estimating and crews.

GivenHansco provides the Keystone software suite for ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and asphalt producers. It is designed for plant operations that need batch control, production monitoring, order scheduling, truck dispatch, GPS vehicle tracking, delivery status management, ticketing, inventory, invoicing, and financial reporting. The suite runs across web, Windows, and Android, with modules that can operate independently or as an integrated system. Ready-mix producers needing operational coverage from the plant through delivery and payment are the clearest fit.
Pricing is handled through a custom quote rather than published plan tiers. The product’s integration range supports a connected operating model: Keystone Accounting, Keystone Batch, Keystone Dispatch, and Keystone GPS work within the suite, while third-party batch controls and accounting software are also supported. Xplor Pay adds online payment connectivity, alongside payment links or QR codes. This makes GivenHansco more suitable for businesses evaluating a coordinated system around batching, dispatch, finance, and payments than for buyers seeking a simple standalone scheduling tool.
Its main trade-off is focus. GivenHansco covers production, dispatch scheduling, job costing, ticket imports, bills of materials, production receipts, remote batching, and plant access, but it does not include concrete estimating, bid management, or crew management. There are also no AI features. Plants that want a broad back-office and operational suite for ready-mix workflows should consider it; contractors primarily seeking estimating, bidding, or workforce coordination should choose software centered on those functions instead.
