A free web platform covering ticketed events, auctions, donations, and peer-to-peer campaigns.

GiveGrove is a web-based fundraising platform for nonprofits running auctions, galas, ticketed events, raffles, peer-to-peer campaigns, and donation drives. It is aimed at schools, churches, community foundations, and other mission-driven organizations that need event registration, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, and event-day operations in one system. Self-service event setup and support during fundraising events are part of its offering, making it relevant for organizations coordinating several fundraising activities around a single event or campaign.
Its pricing is built around two models. GiveBack Guarantee has no platform fees, while donors may leave optional tips and organizations can receive up to 10% of those tips. Classic Model charges 4% of donations, with the fee capped per event; donors can be required, optionally invited, or not asked to cover fees. This gives organizations a choice between a no-platform-fee approach that relies on optional donor tips and a transaction-fee model with configurable fee coverage. The published plans are event-oriented rather than structured as conventional monthly or annual software tiers.
The feature breadth is the main reason to consider GiveGrove. Ticketing supports individual, group, table, and bundle types, while auction tools cover silent-auction bids, live auctions, paddle assignments, mobile bidding, outbid notifications, and automatic winner charging. Donation pages support year-round giving, and Fund-a-Need and peer-to-peer campaigns extend the platform beyond one-night events. QR codes, text communication, real-time reports, digital check-in, and guest management address event-day coordination. Organizations needing a broad fundraising toolkit should consider GiveGrove; teams seeking only simple registration or a narrower event workflow may find its wider feature set unnecessary.
