Ginkgo is a wealth-management and operations platform for single-family offices, multi-family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth families. It brings together information from emails, PDFs, Excel files, data feeds, and other sources, then supports multi-asset, multi-entity, and multi-currency consolidation. The platform is suited to offices that need document-driven reconciliation, custodian data coordination, configurable reporting, and visibility across complex portfolios rather than a general-purpose accounting system.

Pricing is structured around deployment, a trial, and a contract. Deployment takes 4–8 weeks. The Trial plan costs $1,000 per month with monthly billing. The Contract plan uses a fixed annual fee, with no AUM percentage and no usage-based charges. This structure gives offices a defined paid evaluation route and a predictable contract model, while the annual engagement requires a sales discussion. There is no free plan, so Ginkgo is better suited to offices prepared for a formal implementation and commercial process.

Its standout strength is the combination of AI-assisted document parsing and daily two-way reconciliation with custodian data feeds. Ginkgo also tracks coupons, dividends, capital calls, maturities, and option exercises; monitors structured-product events and knock-ins; forecasts ten-year cash-flow waterfalls; and provides trade-ledger filtering and export. Configurable reports, charts, dashboards, and PPT/PDF replicas extend the platform into recurring communication workflows. Choose Ginkgo when reconciliation, forecasting, and wealth-operations visibility are the priority. Offices seeking the broader coverage of a full accounting suite should consider an alternative.
