Ginesys Retail ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system for retailers, D2C brands, wholesalers and distributors. It brings procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production, sales and distribution, and finance and accounting into one platform. Its retail workflows include size and colour matrices, batched and serialized stock, B2B sales orders and production costing. Multi-store, multi-warehouse and multi-company support makes it suited to larger retailers with complex commerce operations across online and offline channels.

The published plans show an ERP User tier at INR 7,000 per user per month, covering retail management, distribution, procurement, finance, production and warehousing. Production and Finance plans are each INR 7,500 per user per month, while Additional company support costs INR 5,000 per company per month. Prices are listed in INR, exclude taxes, and are offered with an annual commitment; implementation and third-party integration charges are extra. This structure gives organizations a way to separate access by capability, but the per-user pricing and additional company charge should be assessed carefully across teams and legal entities.

Operational depth is the main reason to consider Ginesys Retail ERP. Procurement and purchase order management, multi-level bills of materials, financial reporting, GST, TDS, e-invoicing and e-way bill workflows cover a wide retail back office. Bin- and rack-level warehouse controls, POS connectivity and support for B2B, wholesale and franchisee orders extend its reach beyond basic accounting. Integrations include Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, JioMart, Unicommerce, Fynd, PhonePe, Paytm and UPI. Larger retailers needing one system across commerce, inventory and finance should shortlist it; smaller businesses seeking a narrower accounting tool may find its scope and pricing harder to justify.
