Ginesys One is a cloud-first retail management suite for retailers, brands, distributors and omnichannel businesses. It brings together retail ERP, point of sale, ecommerce order management, inventory, warehouse operations, finance, GST compliance and analytics. The platform supports online and offline retail, including Windows POS billing with synchronization, browser-based POS and mobile POS. Its feature set is aimed at fashion, lifestyle, supermarket, D2C and multi-location retail operations that need centralized control across stores and warehouses.

Pricing is modular rather than a single all-in-one tier. The published plans start at ₹2,000 per GSTIN per month, while ERP User costs ₹7,000 per user per month and includes retail management, distribution, procurement, finance, production and warehousing. Production and Finance each cost ₹7,500 per month. Ginesys POS User is ₹3,500 per user per month, Web & mPOS (Zwing) POS User is ₹4,000, and an additional company costs ₹5,000 per company per month. OMS Standalone costs ₹5,000 per month; OMS ERP Integrated costs ₹35,000 per month and adds ERP, WMS and logistics integrations, multi-account analytics, and premium and priority support. The published monthly amounts are exclusive of taxes and require an annual commitment.

Its ecosystem is a major fit factor for retailers selling through multiple channels. Ginesys One integrates with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, along with Tally, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle. API access and third-party integration services support additional connections. Buyers also get purchase order management, warehouse picking and dispatch workflows, customer profiles, loyalty synchronization, GST returns, e-invoicing, e-way bill workflows, dashboards and advanced analytics. Choose it when ERP depth, offline billing and multi-location coordination matter; smaller retailers seeking a simpler, lower-cost POS may find the modular structure harder to justify.
