Ginesys OMS is a cloud-based order and inventory system for retailers and ecommerce sellers managing sales across marketplaces, ecommerce sites, and physical stores. It brings those orders together and synchronizes inventory across stores, warehouses, and sales channels. Its allocation features suit businesses that need to direct orders according to stock availability, while ship-from-store, click and collect, and endless aisle support link online demand with store fulfillment. Retailers with a mix of online and offline operations are the clearest fit; a business handling orders in only one channel may not need this breadth.
Fulfillment and marketplace operations are central strengths. The system reserves stock for online orders, creates shipping labels and manifests, updates marketplaces, and schedules courier pickups. It also tracks marketplace payments and charges and supports order-level reconciliation. Listed connections include Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, Shopify Plus, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and SAP. That combination is relevant to Indian retailers working across marketplaces, delivery providers, and existing ERP systems. Ginesys OMS is available as a web product, so buyers should check that this delivery format fits their teams’ workflows.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, Standalone OMS starts at ₹5,000 per month with an annual commitment. It includes marketplace integration, inventory and order management, courier management, dashboards and reports, and location-wise user accounts and permissions. ERP Integrated OMS is listed at ₹35,000 per month, also with annual billing; it adds customized ERP, WMS, and logistics integrations, parent-child accounts, multi-account analytics, premium and priority support, and a dedicated account manager. Choose the standalone tier for core omnichannel operations; the higher tier is better suited to retailers needing deeper ERP integration and account-level oversight. Smaller single-channel sellers may find the scope and paid-only model unnecessary.
