Gensolve Practice Manager is cloud-based practice management software for allied health and healthcare practices. It brings appointment scheduling, online booking, patient and clinical records, medical notes, accounting, payment processing, reporting, telehealth and claims workflows into one system. The feature set is aimed at practices ranging from small businesses to larger, multi-site operations, with support for patient records, treatment notes, appointment reminders and insurance billing. AI-assisted medical note entry is also included.

Its strongest fit is an established practice that needs connections across clinical, administrative and business tools. Gensolve integrates with VALD, Physitrack, Healthlink, Wibbi, Microsoft Office 365, LibreOffice, Mailchimp and Xero. That ecosystem can support clinical programs, communications, office productivity and accounting alongside the core practice-management functions. Regional billing workflows add practical focus: the product supports ACC claims in New Zealand and Medicare-related claims in Australia, while regional entities and features vary by market.

The main trade-off is commercial visibility. Gensolve uses a monthly, per-practitioner/FTE pricing model, and prospects are directed to schedule a demo rather than choosing from published numeric plans. That makes it more suitable for practices prepared for a sales conversation than buyers comparing transparent self-serve pricing. The browser-based platform also keeps the product focused on web access. Choose Gensolve if broad operational coverage, clinical documentation, claims and integrations matter more than a simple scheduling tool; consider a narrower alternative if you only need appointments and reminders or want clearly published plan prices.
