A broad web-based TMS for training businesses managing CRM, delivery, and renewals.

Genius TMS is cloud-based training management software for commercial training companies and training providers. It brings course planning, learner and customer CRM, trainer assignment, bookings, invoicing, payments, attendance, exams, qualifications, certificates, renewal reminders, and reporting into one system. Its scope fits organisations delivering instructor-led, virtual, or blended training across areas such as compliance, healthcare, construction, first aid, and professional certification. Separate customer and trainer portals also support self-service workflows.
The published plans offer three pricing structures. Lite uses a fixed-fee subscription for 1–2 licences and has no minimum contract. Premium combines a platform fee with an enrolment fee, supports 2 to unlimited licences, and includes all platforms and integrations. Enterprise uses a custom enterprise proposal, with a platform fee plus enrolment fee and all platforms included. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. This structure gives smaller teams a simpler entry point while positioning Premium and Enterprise for broader operational coverage and scale.
Genius TMS is particularly suited to businesses that need training operations connected to finance, payments, sales, and automation tools. Integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Zapier, Google Maps, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, while the RESTful Open API supports external system connections. The main trade-off is focus: the product is available on the web, with no listed desktop or mobile platform coverage. Choose it when CRM, trainer coordination, certification tracking, and renewal management matter together; consider an alternative if native mobile access or a free plan is essential.
