Genie Bazaar is a workplace operations platform with procurement capabilities for organizations managing products, services, vendors, and multi-location operations. It supports natural-language and guided request intake, policy-based approval chains, preferred-vendor and marketplace sourcing, RFQs, quote comparison, purchase-order and cart actions, fulfillment tracking, and audit trails. Mobile teams can access it through web, iOS, and Android apps, with API coverage for broader operational workflows.
The procurement workflow covers the path from request to reconciliation. Teams can invite vendors to RFQs, compare quotes with AI-assisted analysis, route requests according to configurable policies, and track delivery proof after purchase. Consolidated billing and reconciliation visibility extend the workflow beyond approvals. Enterprise includes unlimited assets and users, GPS tracking alongside QR and NFC, custom reports and dashboards, and dedicated support with an SLA.
