GatherAMS is membership management software for clubs, chambers of commerce, trade associations and self-managed HOAs. It combines a member and contact database with dues management, automated renewals, recurring billing, autopay, online payments, events, communications, public pages, reporting and a member self-service portal. Its scope suits organizations that want billing and broader membership administration in one web and API-based platform, rather than a tool focused only on collecting dues.
Pricing begins with the Club plan at $45 per month, or $486 per year for the annual Club example. Club includes all modules, unlimited admins, live chat and support for any processor. Chapter costs $89 per month, Association costs $179 per month, and Network costs $329 per month; each includes all modules. The plans are priced by contact-record count, while the published plan details show the same core module availability across tiers. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. Organizations should compare their contact-record needs with the tier structure before choosing a billing cycle.
Payment and ecosystem fit are central strengths.
