A focused collections CRM for Indian trading businesses with field teams.

Garxly Collection CRM is receivables workflow software for Indian wholesalers, distributors, retailers and other trading businesses. It brings outstanding and overdue receivables into a shared ledger, with ageing analysis by party and salesman, promise-to-pay tracking, collection pipelines, customer risk scoring and credit-hold workflows. Field teams can use GPS-enabled check-in and check-out, settlement tracking and collector performance tools. The product is available on web and Android and fits businesses that need office and field collection activity in one workflow.
The main operational strength is its connection between follow-up work and payment communication. Teams can organize collections by stages, owners and activity logs, record promises and monitor their status, then send WhatsApp reminders using templates and bulk sending. Dated tasks, escalations and cash-flow forecasting from due dates and promises-to-pay add structure beyond a basic receivables list. These features make it a practical fit for businesses where collectors visit customers and payment commitments need regular tracking.
Pricing is presented through Garxly ERP plans rather than a separately priced Collection CRM tier. The monthly Starter plan costs 599 INR and includes multi-firm management, GST billing and invoicing, inventory, banking and payments, reports and analytics, and cloud backup. Growth costs 999 INR per month and adds customer collections alongside sales, purchase, accounting, GST and online-store capabilities. Professional and Enterprise cost 1999 INR per month, with different operational coverage, while selected plans also have quarterly pricing. A 30-day trial is advertised. Choose Garxly when WhatsApp follow-ups, field collection controls and Indian business workflows matter most; businesses needing broader integrations or wider platform coverage may prefer an alternative.
