FYERS API provides REST APIs, WebSockets and official SDKs for building programmatic trading applications through FYERS. It is aimed at algorithmic traders, fintech platforms, startups and teams developing custom trading terminals. Developers can place, modify and manage single, multi-order and multi-leg orders, retrieve holdings and account records, and authorize users or third-party applications with OAuth-style flows. The service is delivered through a cloud API platform and fits solo developers through enterprise teams.

Its freemium model includes a Standard plan with 5 requests per second for Data APIs, 5,000 Data API requests per day, 50 symbols per Quotes request and 5 years of daily historical data. Prime increases capacity to 10 requests per second and 5,00,000 Data API requests per day, while expanding Quotes requests to 1,000 symbols. Prime also includes 25+ years of daily historical data, 5+ years of intraday historical data and seconds data availability. These tiers make the choice primarily about request volume, symbol breadth and historical-data depth.

The API covers order and portfolio workflows, real-time market-data and account-event streams, webhook notifications for order-status changes, market depth, option and futures-chain data, and tax P&L, realised P&L, charges and ledger reports. REST access and SDKs for eight listed languages support varied development stacks. There is no sandbox environment, and support is provided through documentation and community channels. Teams that need direct support, isolated testing or a ready-made terminal should consider another product; developers building broker-connected applications around FYERS accounts should find the feature coverage well aligned.
