FundRaiser Family review
A mature donor-management suite with campaign tools, reporting, and multiple deployment options.

FundRaiser Family is a suite of three nonprofit donor management products: Spark, Select, and Professional. It is designed for organizations that need structured donor and contact records, gift and donation tracking, recurring donation tracking, memberships, pledges, correspondence, reporting, and online donations. The product also includes campaign management, donor grouping and segmentation, automated thank-you letters and receipts, and modules for volunteers, tributes, and product sales. Its traditional donor-management focus suits nonprofits that want more than a basic online donation form.
Pricing varies by product and deployment. FundRaiser Spark Installed costs $649 one time and includes donor and membership management. Select Installed costs $1,400 one time, adding online donations and optional modules. Professional Installed costs $3,800 one time and includes campaign management, advanced reporting, and all add-on modules. Spark Online costs $69 per month, Select Online costs $179 per user per month, and Professional Online costs $349 per user per month. Hosted options start with Spark Hosted at $49 per month, while Select Hosted costs $95 per user per month. Spark Hosted includes online access and automatic backups; Select Hosted adds optional modules. A 30-day free trial is available.
The main strength is breadth within nonprofit fundraising operations: FundRaiser Family combines donor records, gifts, campaigns, segmentation, reporting, receipts, memberships, and related modules in one suite. QuickBooks and Wintix integrations support specific ecosystem needs. The trade-off is that organizations seeking a narrowly focused, low-cost fundraising tool may find the paid structure, multiple editions, and per-user pricing less suitable. Choose FundRaiser Family when mature records, campaign management, recurring gifts, and deployment flexibility matter; consider an alternative when a free plan or simpler pricing model is the priority.
